Overview The PM-1111-A1 is a miniature 12 parallel channel GPS completed receiver module intended as an SMD requiring high-performance, low power, and low cost The PM-1111-A1 delivers major advancements in hardware integration, time-to-first-fix performance, position accuracy, and low power consumption. The 4000 simultaneous time-frequency search bins of the acquisition accelerator provides fast start-up time. Its high tracking sensitivity offers excellent navigation performance under deep foliage and urban canyons. Satellite-based augmentation systems, such as WAAS and EGNOS are supported to yield improved accuracy. Standard NMEA-0183 message is supported via the 3.3V LVTTL serial interface. The PM-1111-A1 is to be handled as an SMD component, allowing very high-volume cost-efficient production using standard SMT technology. It is idea for battery-operated application, where small size and low power consumption is important. The cable on-demand is highly flexible and suitable to any kind of application, especially in the limited space of the handheld device.
